Shima City Tourist Farm Sunflower Garden Opens! (2024)

Shima City Tourist Farm Sunflower Garden is now open!

Shima City Tourist Farm will be closed on Tuesday, August 8th, as the best time to see sunflowers has passed. Thank you for your understanding.

To coincide with the sunflower blooming this year, Shima City Tourist Farm will be open from Wednesday, July 2024st to Tuesday, August 7th, 31.

This facility is adjacent to the roadside station "Ise Shima" along National Route 167, and about 10 sunflowers are planted on a gentle slope, allowing you to enjoy the fields of blooming sunflowers. (There are also many photo spots available.)

This year, a 40m-long mist shower was also installed as a measure against heatstroke.

To coincide with the opening, a photo contest will also be held with a chance to win some great prizes.

Why not take this opportunity to enjoy the spectacular view of the sunflower fields dyed yellow?

Please note that the opening period may be shortened depending on the sunflower blooming situation.
