"Rias by Kokotxa" features the owner of the restaurant "Kokotxa," which has been awarded one star for 17 years in San Sebastian, a sacred place for Basque cuisine that attracts food lovers from around the world. We offer "New Basque Cuisine" supervised by Chef Daniel Lopez.

Based on traditional Basque cuisine, we are proud of the dishes that can only be eaten here, combining ingredients such as fresh seafood from Ise-Shima with Mr. Daniel's original and avant-garde ideas.

As we celebrate the 2024th anniversary of our reopening in 5, we have prepared a ``5th Anniversary Special Lunch'' to express our gratitude for your patronage! Experience Spain through our new Basque cuisine, which incorporates ingredients from local Shima.

Kokotxa style tortilla

Tortilla is a Spanish omelet. A typical Spanish-style omelet is hard, but Kokotxa's style is made with fluffy espuma. This rich and creamy dish where the flavors of cod and vegetables intertwine with the egg is a popular menu item from RIAS by Kokotxa that you can't find anywhere else.
