The "Ise-Shima/Satoumi Triathlon Tournament 2024" will be held at the Oyahama Beach special venue (Hamajima-cho, Shima City) for two days from Saturday, July 7th to Sunday, July 6th, 7.
In addition to triathlon (swimming + cycling + running) and aquathlon (swimming + running), there will also be 8 categories of competitions that can be enjoyed by all generations, regardless of age or gender, such as children's triathlon and sprint aquathlon mixed relay.
At the main venue, there will be food and drink booths, live jazz (July 7th only), and other events.

This triathlon event is a triathlon event whose main purpose is to promote people's health and the healthy development of young people, as well as to contribute to the promotion of sports and tourism in the Ise-Shima region, centered on Hamajima Town, and the revitalization of the region.

≪Supplementary explanation≫
・Chibikko Athlon: For preschoolers aged 3 and up to 2nd grade of elementary school and younger. The use of flotation devices is permitted during the swim. Only bicycles without pedals (running bikes) may be used. Support from parents, accompanying running, and accompanying goals are permitted. There will be no measurement and no awards, but you will receive a finisher medal.
・Elementary school Aquathlon: Parents are not allowed to support, run with, or cross the finish line. The use of beat boards for competitive swimming is permitted.
・General Aquathlon: For high school students and above.
・Open Water Swim (OWS): For junior high school students and above. It will start at the same time as the general and junior high school aquathlon.
・Sprint Aquathlon Mixed Relay: *Available to junior high school students and above.
A 200m swim + 1km run relay with 4 people (mixed team of 2 boys + 2 girls). The number of participants will be 20 teams.
