Using fresh ingredients, including those from Shima, you'll learn the techniques of a sushi chef up close, such as how to handle the rice and the right amount of pressure to use when forming sushi.

During the experience, you will learn how to make sushi from a professional chef, then make your own sushi and actually taste it.
This experience allows you to witness the skills of a sushi chef, something you don't often get to experience, and to feel closer to the depth of sushi and Japanese food culture.

*If an interpreter is required, an additional fee of 6,600 yen (tax included) per person will be charged.
*Reservations are accepted for parties of 2 or more.
*Children aged 0-5 are admitted free of charge.
*Up to 4 people per group; a maximum of 6 groups can be booked simultaneously.
