The tenmaki, an old favourite in Ise-Shima, has been arranged using local ingredients so that it can
be enjoyed in a variety of different flavours.
The use of large prawns makes it an outstandingly
satisfying dish!
The rice used is Koshihikari from Mie Prefecture.
The seaweed is from Toba.
Only available for take-out.
There are no ekiben restaurants in the Amahara area, so this restaurant is popular with people who come by car as well as those who use the train.
It is sold by the piece, but cut into six pieces so that it can be consumed immediately after purchase.
