Take a look at the rocky shore at Wanpaku Iso!
We have created a barrier-free shallow rocky shore in a condition similar to the natural sea with a tide
pool.
This shallow rocky beach has two different depths of shallow water according to age and body size,
up to 40 cm to catch prey with bare hands.
Even small children can play on the shallow rocky beach.
The shallow rocky beach, 60 cm deep, is suitable for children and adults alike.
*Changing rooms and hot showers are available.
Opened from XNUMX:XNUMX to XNUMX:XNUMX (There is no time limit so you can spend your time freely during our opening hours! )
1,000 yen (elementary school students and older)/500 yen (3 years old to elementary school students)
XNUMX. Come to Umi Hozuki.
At the recepetion, just say through which platform you made the reservation (Jalan, etc.).
XNUMX. Have fun with the creatures in the shallow water for as long as you wish !
The first step to understanding the sea is to play on the shore.
Umihozuki is a facility where visitors can learn about and experience the lifestyle, culture, and fishing
industry of Shima's fishing villages.
A tide pool, also called a natural mini-aquarium, is reproduced in a form close to natural condition.
We want visitors to experience the fun of the seashore when the tide goes out, the excitement of
catching something with their own hands, and the delicious taste of seafood that they have prepared
themselves.
It is with this in mind that Umi hozuki, a rocky shore experience facility in Hamajima, Shima City, was
born, where visitors can learn about and experience for themselves the fishing industry.
Whether you are a child entering the sea for the first time or an old-time kid, everyone will have their
own piece of fun !
